Who is Reconnecting Rainbows for?

My brand is for Christians all around the world who want to purchase gifts designed to reflect our Christ-centered lifestyle and values.

Do you create your own products?

Yes, I'm an illustrator and graphic designer and I use Photoshop and Illustrator to design my prints and some shapes. I've started using Canva in some cases to put everything together into a final design. Mostly because they have a pretty good library of typefaces to choose from.

How are your tshirts made?

All of my t-shirts are digitally printed which allows me to use the wide variety of colors and shades in my designs.

Can I modify my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately, I'm not able to modify an order once it's been placed.

How can I contact customer service?

You may contact me by online message, email, and phone. The details are on the contact page - Contact Me

What is your return and exchange policy?

All of my items are made-to-order so I don't accept exchanges. If any product arrives damaged, please email me within 5 business days and I will replace it at no additional charge.

How can I collaborate with Reconnecting Rainbows?

I would love to collaborate with you! I have an Influencer Program and an Affiliate Program available. If neither of these work for you, send me an email to hello@reconnectingrainbows.com and tell me what you're looking to do.

Do you participate in church markets, popups, or other in-person events?

I don't have any scheduled yet but I'm considering it for later on once the brand gets up and running.

Do you offer any incentives for user-generated content?

I do have an influencer program where qualified influencers can earn free merch for creating original content using my products. You can learn more about it here

Why are the prices different for the same shirt?

Good question! I work with other small business digital printers and I've noticed that the price will be different for different colors and sometimes different sizes. I see this most commonly in the v-neck tee that I prefer over a round neck tee. My guess is that they don't buy as many of these shirts in those sizes or colors and they pay more for their smaller orders. My plan is to offer a round neck tshirt option which seems to have better pricing. If you don't yet see it in the design you like, send me a message and I'll add it to the shop.
